| A. | Absolutely! If you send us an email we might be able to locate your manual. So far, we only track Clymer manuals but hope to expand our database to include Haynes and OEM. |

| Q. | Do you have a store I can visit? |
| A. | No. Ultimatecycle.com is an online-only Motorcycle Portal and Catalogue. All products, gear and books are sold through affiliate and partner programs with various suppliers. |

| Q. | UltimateCycle is a Canadian site, why are all your prices in U.S. dollars? |
| A. | All products, gear and books are sold primarily through U.S. based affiliate and partner programs. As a result, product pricing and shipping costs are in U.S. dollars. |

| Q. | How can I add my site into your Resource Library? |
| A. | As of October 15th 2005, UltimateCycle.com is no longer allowing general link submissions into the database. However, we will gladly add your site into our resource page under the following conditions:
- At our request, you will provide a link back to UltimateCycle.com on your site.
- Your site offers something that UltimateCycle.com does not.
- Your site is related to Motorcycles or ATVs.
- Your site does not contain any objectionable content such as; inappropriate language or sexual content
- Your site does not contain an excessive number of pop-up ads.

| Q. | Your product catalogue is empty. What happened? |
| A. | The product catalogue is updated on a scheduled basis. During this update, the catalogue may appear empty. This is only temporary and should return to normal within 5 minutes. |

| Q. | I can't find my product in your catalogue, can you help? |
| A. | UltimateCycle.com will do what we can to help you locate your product. However, if you cannot find it in the catalogue, we don't carry it. |
